Spring Hockey


H2T Elite Dryland Training is a 7000 sq. ft. fitness facility that specializes in the development of hockey players at all ages. H2T helps to develop athletes to reach their full potential through a proven fitness program. Established in 2012, H2T has been developing many hockey players in various leagues including GTHL, OMHA, OJHL and NCAA.

H2T believes that developing a well-rounded hockey player to be at their best and reach new goals requires high level skills training, proper fitness and nutrition. H2T’s Spring Hockey program will provide you with all three!

Our Primary Focus

Our primary focus at H2T is to promote the long-term development of each of our players and teams, by providing a positive environment on and off the ice, with elite instructors. We believe that hockey during the spring should include development, strength and conditioning, and of course FUN! We feel that these areas are important to each players long term development in this great game. H2T hockey will include fast-paced, high-level on-ice practices and spring tournaments to youth at various age groups at the AA and AAA levels.

Brian Wilks

H2T is thrilled to have former NHL player Brian Wilks part of the development and coaching for our teams along with other experienced coaches. Brian’s experience, knowledge and love for the game we are thrilled to have at H2T Hockey.

  • Be able to commit to all weekends-(If you cannot please inquire and we can make alternate arrangements).

  • Upon confirmation, a 100% payment is required Here are our following Payment Options:

  • 3 tournaments (approx. 14 games)
  • 5 hours of fitness training at H2T
